Job summary

UKG is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Resource to lead configuration and customization for M&A initiatives. You will bridge business requirements with technical implementations, coordinating with development teams for custom object development and integrations.

You will analyze processes, configure entities, fields, forms, and workflows, and manage data migration and testing. Strong collaboration with finance, HR, operations, and sales is essential to drive successful integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 configuration and customization
• 3+ years on Mergers & Acquisitions or system consolidation initiatives
• Proven expertise configuring Sales, Service, or Finance & Operations modules
• Experience building and optimizing business process flows, workflows, and automated processes
• Experience working with development teams for custom code implementations
• Experience with data migration and system integrations
• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) preferred
• Exposure to API integrations and plugin/extension development concepts
• Track record of end-to-end project delivery in complex environments

Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamics 365 configuration and customization for M&A initiatives
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements
• Coordinate with developers on custom object development and reviews
• Execute configurations including data models, security roles, and field security
• Plan data migration strategies and validate data integrations
• Develop training materials and support go-live activities
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and best practices
