Job summary

Jobgether is looking for an accomplished ERP Project Manager to oversee Dynamics 365 F&O implementations across strategic programs. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure milestones are met with quality.

This remote opportunity emphasizes international collaboration and proactive risk management. You will engage with solution architects on budgets and plans, define scope and milestones, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering transparent status

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing Dynamics 365 F&O or other large-scale ERP implementations.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects with budgets and timelines.
• Strong project management, planning, organizational, and resource allocation skills.
• Experience with Incident, Problem and Change/Release Management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to collaborate across time zones, mainly Europe.
• Proactive, curious, adaptable mindset; willingness to learn new technologies.
• Comfortable in a multicultural, international environment with empathy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities by collaborating with solution architects on budgets and plans.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with clear responsibilities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, external vendors, and stakeholders with guidance and support.
• Own project delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships ensuring satisfaction and alignment.
• Identify risks, anticipate challenges, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project financial performance, monitor budgets, and prepare regular financial reports.
• Provide transparent progress updates on status, achievements, and issues.
• Coordinate Incident, Problem, and Change/Release Management activities.
