Qualifications

• 5+ years as Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central.
• Hands-on experience configuring, implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 modules in a business environment.
• Solid understanding of financial, supply chain, or core business processes.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering workshops and mapping business processes.
• Knowledge of testing and UAT, issue resolution, and post-implementation activities.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain functional concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and workshops to understand operational needs and translate into functional specs.
• Configure, implement, and support Dynamics 365 modules across F&O/Business Central.
• Map and optimize business processes; identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for technical teams.
• Support UAT, develop test scenarios, and coordinate with teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Serve as liaison between business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Power BI developers to define reporting requirements.
• Deliver end-user training and change management guidance.
• Provide post-implementation functional support and ongoing optimization.
