Job summary

Subhujo Technologies is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE developer to design, customize, and maintain ERP/CRM solutions in a dynamic team.

The role focuses on building Dynamics 365 Plugins, Custom Workflows, and Portals, plus PCF Controls for an enhanced user experience. You will integrate with internal and external systems via APIs, and manage deployments with Azure DevOps in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft CRM development experience.
• Experience in a team lead or mentoring role is desirable.
• Strong Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement expertise.
• Proficiency with Power Platform and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC and software testing.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CE applications.

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications.
• Develop Dynamics 365 Plugins, Custom Workflows, and Portal (Power Pages) solutions to meet business requirements.
• Build and customize PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) Controls for enhanced user experience.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Prepare technical design documents and specifications for new features and enhancements.
• Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable code using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with internal and external applications using APIs and web services.
• Use Azure DevOps for source code management, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployments.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work closely with QA teams to create and execute test cases and resolve defects.
• Deploy solutions to production environments following established release and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing Dynamics 365 applications based on business change requests.
• Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to optimize system functionality and efficiency.
• Log, track, and resolve production issues through change management processes.
• Ensure solutions comply with organizational coding standards, security policies, and software development best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance where required.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Work collaboratively in an Agile development environment to deliver projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Communicate project progress, technical updates, and potential risks to stakeholders and project teams.

Preferred candidate profile

5 years + relevant IT experience

5 years + Microsoft CRM development experience (essential) Experience in a team lead/mentoring role (desirable)
