Job summary

We are seeking an experienced CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10+ years of hands-on development experience, strong Dataverse skills, and a track record delivering complex integrations with REST/Web APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Automate. Experience with Azure DevOps/Git for CI/CD is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced CRM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support enterprise CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CE/CRM applications.
• Develop and customize entities/tables, forms, views, business rules, workflows, business process flows, dashboards, and security roles.
• Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, custom actions, and APIs using C#/.NET.
• Work extensively with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 solution architecture.
• Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other integration technologies.
• Support data migration, transformation, and integration activities.
• Implement CRM solutions across development, test, and production environments.
• Use Azure DevOps/Git for source control, CI/CD, release management, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.
• Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
