Job summary

Pavion Corp is seeking a Sr System Administrator to join our Shared Services team in Chantilly, VA. You will provide day-to-day support for Dynamics 365 CRM users, coordinate CRM customizations, and ensure data integrity across the platform.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform technologies, and strong scripting skills (JavaScript). This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits in a globally operating company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience configuring Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement.
• Experience with Power Platform technologies.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and CRM customization techniques.
• Experience writing business and technical requirements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating work with offshore development resources.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM users.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user requests.
• Configure forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, and security roles.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and governance standards.
• Support system upgrades, releases, and environment management.
• Gather and document business requirements from Sales, Service and Operations teams.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Coordinate CRM customizations using JavaScript, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and APIs.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure production deployments.
• Create user guides and technical documentation.
