Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a senior Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Consultant to lead techno-functional initiatives for enterprise-scale deployments across Customer Service, Field Service and custom apps. You will design, configure and integrate solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure outcomes align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions across the full project lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical functional and technical solutions.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation and communication skills.
• Understanding of Azure integration services, APIs, security and enterprise architecture principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand objectives, processes and requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process maps, functional specs and designs.
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions across CS, Field Service and custom apps.
• Build solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
• Collaborate with architects and developers on integrations, security and lifecycle management.
• Support testing, deployments and client presentations; contribute to estimates, proposals and SOWs.
