Capgemini is seeking an MS Dynamics CRM Technical AI Architect to lead architecture and design for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform CoE across Atlanta and Chicago locations. The role emphasizes deep technical expertise, client engagement, and shaping scalable CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure-based integration, along with strong leadership and DevOps capabilities to drive complex implementations in hybrid cloud

Qualifications

• 12–14 years of Dynamics 365 CRM experience with Power Platform CoE
• Strong technical and client-facing skills
• Experience with middleware and integration patterns (APIs/REST)

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed design from requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform CoE.
• Design components in a SOA environment with middleware tools like Mulesoft.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Online/On-premise and related CRM tools.
• Provide highly available, scalable Dynamics 365 architecture.
• Utilize Azure services for integration and data migration (Data Factory, Functions, Service Bus).
• Set up DevOps pipelines for CRM on cloud platforms.

Job Description

• We are only open for Atlanta and Chicago location
• Minimum 12 to 14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE CRM plus Power platform CoE experience with strong technical and client facing skills
• Technical Skills
• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Sales Service Must and knowledge other Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products
• Experience setting up Power platform CoE and citizen Developer
• Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment
• Design components in a Service Oriented Architecture SOA environment with good technical expertise in middleware tools preferably Mulesoft
• Dynamics 365 in Online On-premise implementations and environments and prior versions
• Providing highly available scalable Dynamics 365 architecture
• Hands on experience in CNet Java Script MS SQL MS CRM SDK MSD developer toolkit SSRS
• Subject matter knowledge in integration architecture and the ability to map integration pattern to functional usage
• Experience in MS CRM 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools APIsREST ODATA WebAPIs SSIS packages
• Experience in using Azure services for integrationAzure Functions Service Bus etc PCF controls Power Apps and Power Automate for upstreamdownstream systems integrations.
• Experience in data migration data analysis data mappings data harmonization using OOB and third party tools preferable expereince in Azure Data Factory.
• Experienced in reporting architecture with SSRS and knowledge on Power BI
• Good to have knowledge in latest features of Dynamics 365 platform Sales Insights Customer Service Insights Customer Voice etc
• Experience in effective management of cloud platform resources and good understanding on security models and connectivity CRM systems
• Technical expertise in set up of DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools
• Exposure in driving information management strategy design and deployment on cloud platforms preferably on Web Services global infrastructure and services.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $135,549 to $176,139 /annum.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
