Job summary

REVTech seeks a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer for a 6-month remote engagement with a state government client. The consultant will design, customize, and support D365 CE solutions, including Dataverse/Power Platform components, while coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams.

Required are 7+ years of D365 CE/CRM development, active Microsoft certifications, and strong experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and REST API integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Current, verifiable Microsoft certification aligned with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST API integrations, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments, including incidents, defects, enhancements, and production support activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including configurations, workflows, plugins, integrations, and Dataverse/Power Platform components.
• Support incidents, defects, enhancements, production issues, testing, deployments, release management, and change control activities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide recommendations aligned with Microsoft development best practices.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, technical leads, cloud engineers, and project teams to support secure application operations in a government technology environment.
