Job summary

RSM US LLP in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to support our growing CE practice and service a expanding client base. You will lead requirements sessions, create design documentation, and contribute to system development within an Agile framework.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of D365 CE experience, a Bachelor’s in IT or related field, and familiarity with SSRS, Scribe, and Field Service. This role offers growth and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS or related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certified a plus.
• Experience with Scribe a plus.
• SQL Server Reporting Services a plus.
• Experience with Field Service a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients.
• Create design documentation for D365 CE solutions.
• Take an active role in the development of the D365 CE system.
• Work well with team members, clients, and other vendors.
• Be the ‘Go To’ resource for client interactions.
• Participate in the Agile and/or Microsoft SureStep methodologies.
