Job summary

Jackson James is seeking a Senior Business Central Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations, guiding client engagements and delivering scalable Dynamics 365 solutions. You will own critical workstreams, translate business needs into value-led system designs, and ensure high-quality delivery across diverse industries.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Central Consultant delivering complex implementations.
Deep functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV experience a plus).
Strong understanding of operational processes and design of effective system solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills.
Ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Business Central implementations.
Translate business objectives into strategic system solutions.
Own key project deliverables and ensure quality and alignment with client expectations.
Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge.
