Job summary

Jackson James is partnering with a growing organization driving a digital transformation, including a migration toward Business Central. The role centers on owning and advancing D365 CE, Power Platform, and ERP initiatives.

You will lead transformation, collaborate with stakeholders, and support data quality and reporting improvements while enabling users through training and best-practices in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform - Power Apps/Power Automate/Power BI.
• Business analysis and process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support business transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Act as internal owner and advocate for D365 CE and Power Platform.
• Support company's migration activities into Business Central.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.

The organization is preparing for its next stage of growth, including a migration to Business Central so this is a great opportunity to take ownership of business systems, drive transformation initiatives and have a genuine impact on how technology supports the wider business.

Responsibilities -

• Lead and support business transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Act as internal owner and advocate for D365 CE and Power Platform.
• Support company's migration activities into Business Central.

Experience/Skills -

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform - Power Apps/Power Automate/Power BI.
• Business analysis and process improvement experience
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders & audiences.
• Experience supporting or contributing to ERP/CRM implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Comfortable analyzing data, problem-solving, and troubleshooting issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
