Job summary

OwlSure seeks a seasoned Dynamics 365 Architect to design and lead enterprise CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure within a multi-entity insurance environment.

You will oversee data models, security, ALM, and governance across environments while guiding Azure integration with API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, and Event Grid. Strong stakeholder communication is essential for success in cross-country deployments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years as a Dynamics 365 / Solution / Enterprise Architect.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Design enterprise D365 architecture including data models, security, environments, ALM, governance, and scalability.
• Strong Power Platform experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, DLP, and environment strategy.
• Hands-on Azure integration experience with API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, and Event Grid.
• Experience integrating D365 with policy, underwriting, rating, billing, and claims platforms.
• Experience with multi-country / multi-entity enterprise implementations and architecture governance.
• Strong stakeholder communication and consulting experience.
• Insurance / P&C / Reinsurance exposure with Guidewire, Duck Creek, or Sapiens is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise D365 architecture across CRM solutions.
• Oversee Dataverse data models, security, and ALM across environments.
• Lead Azure integration using API Management, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Collaborate with policy, underwriting, rating, billing, and claims platforms.
