Job summary

Czarnowski Collective seeks a Principal Architect to lead the Dynamics 365 F&O and CE platform, spanning Finance, Project Operations, and Sales. You will translate business needs into scalable architectures, govern integrations, and guide upgrades and strategy across the Microsoft estate.

You will partner with CIO and IT leadership to drive enterprise-wide adoption, mentor teams, and ensure data integrity and security while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Dynamics 365 architecture across F&O and CE.
• Experience with D365 Sales and Project Operations.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, project costing, and billing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into enterprise-grade architectures.
• Knowledge of Power Platform and data reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for D365 F&O and CE.
• Translate requirements into scalable designs across D365 modules.
• Lead governance, standards, patterns for customizations and integrations.
• Design integrations between D365 modules and BI platforms.
• Mentor consultants and drive architectural discipline.
