Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s with 6–8 years of experience.
• Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and design documentation.
• Advanced experience with feedback control systems.
• Knowledge of optical principles and troubleshooting for projection lens performance, illumination profiles, and light sources.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues escalated from field teams, focusing on DUV modules using structured troubleshooting.
• Create diagnostic action plans to guide field engineers from problem definition to resolution.
• Build deep technical expertise in ASML DUV systems and escalation processes.
• Troubleshoot Illumination, Projection, and Dose Control competency issues (lens, illumination, dose stability, light sources).
• Use MATLAB and offline tools to analyze optical path behavior and identify root causes.
• Support 24/7 global escalation coverage with effective handoffs and stakeholder updates.
• Share knowledge through documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Advance proactive diagnostics and predictive data modeling to reduce downtime.
• Demonstrate ASML behaviors while collaborating with a global engineer network.
