- 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years hands-on Duck Creek Billing development.
- Strong expertise in Duck Creek Billing configuration, customization, workflows, integrations, and enhancements.
- Excellent technical skills in C#, .NET, SQL, and APIs/web services.
Responsibilities
- Developed and customized billing applications using Duck Creek Billing to support insurance policy billing and payment processing.
- Configured billing plans, payment schedules, installment options, fees, and billing rules based on business requirements.
- Integrated Duck Creek Billing with policy administration, payment gateways, and external systems using APIs and web services.
- Developed and maintained business rules, workflows, and configuration components to automate billing operations.
- Troubleshot application issues, resolved billing discrepancies, and performed unit testing, integration testing, and defect fixes.
- Collaborated with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, support deployments, and ensure compliance with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance business processes.
