Job summary

Talentuch is seeking a Creative Strategist to own and scale high-converting ads for DTC/ecommerce brands. You will conduct competitor, audience and market research, translate patterns into original concepts, and craft Direct Response copy and video scripts.

You'll lead UGC concepts, coordinate with creators and editors, and use performance data to optimize for conversions and growth. Strong Direct Response fundamentals and Meta advertising experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Creative Strategist or Direct Response Copywriter for DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Hands-on Meta advertising experience spending at least $5,000 per day.
• Strong Direct Response fundamentals and consumer psychology.
• Experience writing video ad scripts, UGC concepts and conversion-focused static ads.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitor, audience and market research on winning ads and trends.
• Translate successful patterns into original, high-converting creative concepts.
• Write Direct Response ad scripts, hooks, VSL-style concepts and copy.
• Create, test and iterate static ads, UGC concepts and video scripts.
• Manage and coordinate UGC creators through a creator platform.
• Collaborate with video editors and creators, reviewing creative execution.
• Use performance data to optimize for conversions and scale.
