Apollo Professional Solutions, Inc. seeks a DSP Algorithms Engineer (Lead or Senior) to join the Space Systems team in El Segundo, CA.

You will design and develop state-of-the-art RF and digital satellite communication systems for space programs and work with domestic and international customers on satellite projects. The role involves leading a motivated team through system definition, trades, and verification across lifecycle stages from concept to test.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in core digital communications and signal processing theory.
• 3+ years of experience in systems engineering (requirements, verification, architecture).
• 1+ years of experience with FPGAs or ASICs.
• 3+ years with Matlab or Simulink.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing RF and digital satellite communication systems.
• Developing and verifying multi-rate, fixed-point signal processing algorithms.
• Performing performance analysis of signal processing models.
• Leading teams on design and verification activities.
• Supporting integration and test of payloads and spacecraft from unit to in-orbit operations.
