Job summary

Health & Human Services Commission in Brenham seeks a Direct Support Professional V - Residential Coordinator to lead a residential home, supervise DSP staff, and ensure high-quality care for individuals with disabilities. Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience working with people with developmental or physical disabilities is required.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license required.
• Experience supervising Direct Support Professionals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and delivery of programs for the assigned home.
• Hires, trains, and coaches DSP staff; ensures time entries are accurate.
• Monitors habilitation, behavior management, and crisis intervention.
• Ensures safety, health care needs, and documentation for individuals served.
