Upstate Caring Partners is seeking a Senior Direct Support Professional to oversee a 12 or fewer resident living setting (ICF or IRA) in Rome, NY.

You will mentor staff, participate in agency activities, and ensure a safe, healthy living environment for residents under guidance from the Program Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Associates in Human Services preferred.
• Minimum 1-year experience in a direct-support role.
• Must have and maintain AMAP certification.
• This position requires responsible and reliable individuals with good judgement.
• This position is responsible for a significant amount of documentation related to the people we support and program operations.
• Travel and transport is required. Must have and maintain a valid NYS Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record obtained through LENS.
