Upstate Caring Partners seeks a Senior Direct Support Professional to oversee staff in small ICF/IRA settings and ensure safe, healthy living environments for residents. The role includes mentoring new employees, coordinating daily shift operations, and maintaining essential documentation under the supervision of the Program Manager.

• This position requires responsible and reliable individuals with good judgement.
• This position involves significant documentation related to the people we support and program operations.
• Travel and transport is required; must have and maintain a NYS Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.

• In the absence of the Residence Manager, is responsible for oversight of daily shift operations, coordination of the scheduling of staff, completion of all records and reports pertaining to the shift they are leading.
