Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant DSP engineering experience.
• Proven DSP experience in RF communications signal processing.
• Experience on embedded/real-time systems and hardware-accelerated platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize DSP algorithms for RF signals.
• Lead algorithm development from concept through prototype to implementation.
• Implement DSP solutions on Xilinx RFSoC, UltraScale+, Versal with hardware acceleration.
• Collaborate with FPGA engineers to translate algorithms into hardware architectures.
• Work with embedded software engineers to integrate real-time DSP pipelines.
• Develop test/verification strategies with RF datasets and lab instrumentation.
• Create MATLAB/Simulink and Python environments for analysis and validation.
• Provide technical leadership and conduct architecture reviews.
• Produce documentation for DSP designs and performance reports.
• Support integration, debugging, and field testing across DSP/RF/FPGA/embedded domains.
