Job summary

Xenon Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Senior RF signal processing engineer in the United States (Virginia). You will own the algorithmic core for detection, demodulation, classification, and geolocation under challenging conditions.

You will prototype solutions, prove them against real data, and deliver real-time performance on constrained hardware, collaborating with firmware and embedded teams. A TS/SCI clearance is required or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in RF signal processing with COMINT/SIGINT/EW applications
• Strong theory in detection/estimation, modulation, synchronization
• Ability to write production-quality C/C++ when required
• TS/SCI clearance ability is required

Responsibilities

• Design detection, estimation, synchronization, and demodulation algorithms for communications signals
• Develop blind and semi-blind parameter estimation approaches
• Build classification and modulation recognition capabilities
• Produce fixed-point analyses and reference models for firmware integration
• Perform post-mission reconstruction and root-cause analysis
