Responsibilities

• Lead DSP architecture, implementation, integration, and optimization across product platforms.
• Translate research algorithms into scalable production DSP components.
• Define implementation approaches, interfaces, performance requirements, and validation strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to DSP engineers across sites.
• Resolve complex DSP performance, memory, and real-time issues.
• Develop production-quality C/C++ for embedded DSP targets.
• Guide fixed-point and floating-point implementation decisions.
• Collaborate with systems, firmware, hardware, QA, and algorithm teams for production readiness.
• Lead hardware bring-up, debugging, profiling, and performance characterization.
• Establish engineering practices for testing, profiling, and code review.
