This role is a hands‑on technical leadership position that combines deep DSP expertise with system‑level decision making.

You will translate research into production‑quality C/C++ implementations, guide reusable DSP libraries, and mentor engineers across locations while collaborating with ML and ANC/ANR specialists

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 12+ years of relevant DSP and embedded software development experience.
• Deep expertise in digital signal processing and production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead DSP architecture and technical execution across product platforms.
• Translate research algorithms into production‑quality C/C++ implementations; code, optimize, debug.
• Establish reusable DSP components and configurable reference chains.
• Guide fixed‑point and floating‑point design with precision and scaling.
• Lead profiling and optimization for compute, memory, latency and power on DSP/embedded processors.
• Lead hands‑on hardware bring‑up and lab debugging with partner teams.
• Define validation strategies using test vectors and automated tests.
• Set engineering standards for design reviews, documentation, and release readiness.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with distributed teams.
