Job summary

A leading chiplet startup is seeking a Principal Systems/DSP Engineer to define and drive DSP architecture for next-generation 224G and 448G SerDes designs. You will be responsible for end-to-end system modeling, equalization algorithm development, and CDR architecture. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in DSP systems, particularly in high-speed serial communications, and must possess a Masters or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in DSP system architecture and algorithm development for high-speed serial communication systems.
• Deep expertise in digital communication and signal processing theory.
• Expert-level proficiency in system modeling using MATLAB, Simulink, C, and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Define and architect low-power DSP architectures for 224G PAM4 and 448G SerDes designs.
• Develop and maintain behavioral models of mixed-signal transceiver circuits using MATLAB.
• Optimize equalization algorithms for channel loss and impairment compensation.
