Job summary

Resource Innovations in the United States seeks an experienced DSM Evaluation Manager – EM&V to lead impact evaluations and provide engineering and analytical support within the Advisory Services Group. You will manage projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure timely, on-budget deliverables for utility clients.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in energy efficiency evaluations and strong writing, communication, and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or energy-related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience; 4+ years in energy efficiency impact evaluation.
• Excellent writing, communication, and computer skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct impact evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses.
• Manage evaluation projects to deliver on schedule and within budget.
• Develop scopes of work, approaches, and budgets for studies.
• Manage and mentor staff, coordinate fieldwork and data collection.
• Oversee data collection efforts and perform advanced data analysis.
• Lead M&V activities for energy efficiency measures.
• Develop data collection instruments and analytical tools.
• Lead technical report writing and present findings.
• Support senior staff with presentations and proposals.
• Contribute to process evaluations and stakeholder interviews.
• Integrate evaluation insights to improve program delivery.
