FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC, is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer 1 to support the DSM facility. You will lead automation changes, coordinate with Manufacturing, Maintenance and Validation, and drive projects from design through testing.

This role requires rebuilding design documents, developing IQ/OQ test protocols, providing on-call troubleshooting, and mentoring junior staff while delivering safe, compliant automation solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field.
• 8 years of Automation, Instrumentation & Controls experience.

Responsabilidades

• Spearheads the Automation team through activities, such as code configuration within several process areas.
• Leads the development for various specification documents (e.g., URS, FS, DQ).
• Leads the development for various test protocols and functional testing documents (e.g., IQ, OQ).
• Plans and implements the technical direction for small area of responsibility.
• Leads small teams through Automation changes and Tech Transfers.
• Provides on-call support for Automation inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Collaborates with Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Validation.
