Job summary

Agropur is seeking a Dryer Operator III to run the whey permeate/protein dryer and related equipment. You will ensure daily performance targets are met, maintain product quality, and document processes accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in a related field.
• Good understanding of GMP/SOP/HACCP programs.
• Ability to read and follow procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate whey permeate/protein dryer and related equipment.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Monitor moisture, pH, density and cleanliness of powder.
• Maintain sanitation and perform minor equipment repairs.
• Follow safety and QA policies and SOPs.
