Intel in Albuquerque, NM seeks an Experienced Engineer to lead technology development for next-generation semiconductor manufacturing. You will drive process integration, equipment solutions, and feasibility studies to meet device performance targets, while advancing dry etch technologies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 6+ years semiconductor industry experience in dry etch process development.
• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years semiconductor industry experience in dry etch process development.
• 3+ years collaborating with equipment suppliers (Lam Research, TEL, Applied Materials, Hitachi) on process optimization and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology development and enablement for high-volume manufacturing and future process technologies.
• Provide process integration and equipment solutions and conduct feasibility studies to meet device performance requirements.
• Lead design and development of advanced manufacturing processes, including material selection, parameter optimization, metrology, equipment engineering, and system design.
• Identify and implement equipment and process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and production output.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps that enable future product innovation.
