Job summary

Sanford Health in Bismarck, ND is hiring for an Occupational Health support role. The position provides clerical support for drug testing services, assists with administration across Sanford Health Occupational Medicine Clinics, and helps with offsite collections.

Responsibilities include drug screen entry, validation, and reporting under the direction of the MRO, plus coordination of testing services, supply orders, and DOT program guidance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; healthcare setting experience desirable.
• Two years of applicable experience preferred.
• Oral and written communication skills capable of interpreting policies.
• DOT qualification for Drug Screen Collector and Breath Alcohol Technician within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to drug testing services.
• Coordinate drug and alcohol testing; supply ordering and site setup.
• Manage random selection, compliance, and DOT program guidance.
• Assist in entry, validation and reporting under Medical Review Officer direction.
