Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT and other agency standards for drug/alcohol testing.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Ability to perform PFTs, audiograms and fit testing per certifications.

Responsibilities

• Receives and directs patients, visitors and professionals to ensure timely service.
• Collects and labels specimens, maintains chain of custody, and enters data for billing.
• Performs clinical screenings such as PFTs, audiograms, fit testing and drug screening as qualified.
• Performs clinical functions on workers per validation/certification.
• Provides on-site collections at area businesses and transports specimens to the department.
• Assists with data entry of company profiles into the database and monitors compliance.
• Completes inventory control and performs other duties as needed.
