Provides administrative and clinical support within an assigned clinic unit. Maintains patient records, coordinates patient services, and serves as a point of contact for medical, nursing staff, patients, and internal and external company contacts. Performs clinical duties such as answering telephones, preparing and filing patient paperwork, ordering and storing supplies, and performing occupational medicine services in clinic and onsite locations. Responsible for greeting and directing patients, relaying information and messages, facilitating communication among healthcare providers, and updating patient health information. Performs routine testing, sampling, and other technical services to support Occupational Medicine and Employee Health Services. Additional responsibilities include hearing and vision screenings, drug testing specimen collection, breath alcohol testing, blood specimen collections, and other department duties.
