Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical support within an assigned clinic unit.
• Maintain patient records and coordinate patient services; act as a point of contact for medical staff, patients, and other contacts.
• Perform clinical duties including answering telephones, preparing and filing patient paperwork, and ordering and storing supplies.
• Perform occupational medicine services within clinic and onsite locations per department workflow.
• Greet and direct patients; relay information and messages to patients and medical staff; facilitate communication between Occupational Medicine and Employee Health.
