Job summary

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group seeks an experienced project manager to oversee department-level programs with broad organizational impact. You will coordinate planning, execution, monitoring, and follow‑up while aligning teams and stakeholders for successful delivery.

You will lead multi‑disciplinary efforts, manage budgets, and communicate progress to senior leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance and value realization across programs.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent with PM experience required.
• Advanced degree plus multi‑year PM experience acceptable.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams in pharma/biotech settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgets, schedules, and governance processes.
• Experience developing and leading integrated project plans and risk registers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of department-level projects.
• Serve as liaison between project team and broader organization to ensure alignment and execution.
• Develop and maintain master project plans and schedules.
• Monitor budgets and resource usage; anticipate needs and escalations.
• Prepare formal presentations and status reports for senior leadership.
