Job summary

Amazon Prime Air is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to perform drone maintenance and routine service at a commercial operation site. You will ensure aircraft conform to design and remain in safe operating condition while collaborating with engineering, flight operations and other Prime Air teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical and electrical integration or assembly experience.
• Experience guiding, training and mentoring others.
• Experience with common business applications and tools (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Drive time-based and condition-based maintenance activities.
• Own fleet performance metrics.
• Verify adherence to FAA regulations and Prime Air directives and processes.
• Manage fleet spare parts and inventory.
• Train and mentor other Repair Technicians.
• Assign shift roster and oversee Repair Technicians.
• Demonstrate proactive safety mindset in ambiguous situations.
• Follow detailed instructions outlined in technical manuals.
