RoviSys is seeking a Control Systems Engineer to lead and deliver automation solutions for complex drive coordination projects. You will design, commission, and optimize control systems for heavy industry applications, collaborating closely with customers and cross-functional teams.

Role requires hands-on PLC/DCS proficiency, project leadership, strong communication, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while supporting technical sales efforts.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in automation or related field.
• Ability to lead small projects from start to finish.
• Proven ability to author proposals and change orders with clients.
• Thorough understanding of control system design and coding.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs or DCS.
• Ability to guide a project with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Lead teams of engineers and technicians to provide control system solutions.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver state-of-the-art control systems.
• Analyze drives, control systems and critical processes.
• Start-up, commission and repair drives and control equipment (PLC/DCS).
• Mentor less experienced engineers.
• Develop standards to improve project execution efficiency.
• Provide technical sales support to the business development team.
