Edikted is seeking a Senior Dress Designer to concept and develop 45–60 innovative, trend-forward dress styles each month, owning the full product lifecycle from inspiration to final sample. This role leads the dress category's creative direction and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Edikted’s brand vision.

We seek a leader with 5–8 years of dress design experience, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a collaborative, fast-paced work style.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Fashion or Apparel Design.
• 5–8 years of experience in fashion design, with hands-on dress category experience.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong design aesthetic, color sense, and conceptual development for dresses.
• In-depth knowledge of dress garment construction, draping, fit, fabrics, prints, trims, and embellishments.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades
