URBN is looking for a Senior Designer to lead the development process for the Free People Dresses category. In this key role, you will design seasonal collections and ensure that products are aligned with Free People's aesthetic.

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience in fashion design, particularly dresses, and can work on-site in Philadelphia. Join us for a dynamic role that fosters creativity and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years experience in Dresses Design or related category preferred.
• Ability to research and report on industry trend direction.
• Strong understanding of Cut & Sew Knits and Woven fabrications.
• Excellent hand sketching and CAD skills.
• Strong sense of organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design creation, development, and execution of own brand product.
• Forecast fashion and cultural trends.
• Attend all fittings and solve fit issues.
• Support seasonal development calendar.
• Manage all design packages alongside Assistant Designer.
