• Translate compelling visions into practical designs
• Ensure products aligns with brand aesthetic, quality, and target customer
• Collaborate closely with the design manager
• Collaborate with cross functional team
• Lead and mentor junior designers
• Present ideas through sketching, presentation boards, design development and details
• Keep abreast and stay updated in industry trends
• Review lab dips and strike-offs
• Lead fit session with Technical Designer
• Communicate with buyers and oversea vendors
• React to product performance

Requirements:

• Experience in the off-priced and/or mass market retail sector
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Microsoft Suite, and PLM
• Solid knowledge of color/print
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
