Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD or equivalent industry experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Experience with DRAM, HBM, or advanced CMOS is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand device, process integration, and product requirements.
• Develop and optimize development and manufacturing process recipes.
• Analyze structural, material, and electrical characterization data.
• Drive innovations to improve device performance, yield, reliability, and cost competitiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to solve complex technical challenges.
