Qualifications
12+ years of experience in hardware design, validation, and/or applications engineering.
Familiarity with memory interface chips for DDR4 and DDR5 servers.
Responsibilities
Analyze and debug complex technical issues involving server memory.
Support technical qualification of new chip designs.
Assist with validation and debug of new memory interface chips.
Conduct failure analysis and prepare reports.
Gather customer feedback and communicate with teams.
Prepare technical documentation.
Skills
DDR4/DDR5 DIMM memory operation
Signal integrity issues at clock rates of 3 GHz and above
Power management and I2C/I3C serial interfaces
Probing with high-speed oscilloscopes
Root cause techniques for problem solving
ATE tester operation
Reading and modifying MRC BIOS code
Scripting languages (Perl, Tcl, Python)
Excellent communication skills in English and Korean
Education
BS degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field
