Job summary

Egis is seeking a Project Manager – Drainage in our Tewksbury, MA office. You will lead transportation drainage projects from scope through final reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality PS&E deliverables.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and client relationships across MassDOT and local agencies. The role requires a MA PE license, a civil/environmental engineering degree, 8+ years of drainage project delivery, and 3+ years in project management.

Qualifications

• Must hold Massachusetts PE license and degree in civil/environmental engineering.
• 8+ years in transportation drainage projects; 3+ years in PM or task leadership.
• Proficiency with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tools and PS&E preparation using ORD, MicroStation, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile drainage projects from proposals to final reports.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as client advisor, e.g. MassDOT, RI DOT, municipalities, and private entities.
• Collaborate with contractors and multidisciplinary teams for cohesive delivery.
• Support business development through proposals, negotiations, and growth opportunities.
