Egis is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Drainage for our Tewksbury, Massachusetts office. You will lead high-profile transportation drainage projects, manage scopes, budgets, and schedules, and deliver PS&E packages with strong client collaboration.

The role requires a MA PE license, 12+ years of drainage experience, and proficiency with SWMM, HEC-RAS/HEC-HMS, MicroStation/ORD, and FEMA analyses. Join a global firm delivering impactful infrastructure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts PE license and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• 12+ years delivering transportation drainage projects and PS&E deliverables, including 3+ years in project management or task leadership.
• Proficiency with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tools; PS&E using MicroStation GEOPAK or ORD.
• Advanced modeling with SWMM, InfoWorks ICM, and HEC-RAS 2D.
• Experience with FEMA crossing analysis and drainage impact studies.
• Experience with ORD Drainage and Utilities (DU), HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead High-Profile Projects: Oversee all aspects of transportation drainage work—from proposals and scopes of work to H&H analysis, detailed PS&E packages, and final reports.
• Deliver Results: Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain high-quality, on-time project delivery while cultivating strong client relationships.
• Provide Strategic Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients such as MassDOT, RIDOT, and Massachusetts municipalities and private entities, recommending innovative solutions to address complex drainage challenges.
• Coordinate Seamlessly: Collaborate with prime contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and efficient project delivery aligned with client objectives.
• Drive Business Development: Support client engagement by preparing and presenting winning proposals, managing contract negotiations, and identifying opportunities for growth.
