LVI Associates is seeking a Drainage Technical Manager in Florida. The role leads drainage and stormwater design for transportation projects, directs hydraulic analyses, and ensures quality across deliverables.

The position involves mentoring staff, managing schedules and budgets, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the state. The ideal candidate holds a Florida PE license with 10+ years in drainage/water resources, strong FDOT project experience, and proficiency in HEC-RAS,

Formación

• Florida PE license required.
• Minimum 10 years of drainage, water resources or transportation engineering experience.
• Strong background in stormwater management, hydraulic modeling and drainage design.
• Experience with FDOT and/or municipal projects.
• Proficiency with tools such as HEC-RAS, ORD, PCSWMM, Civil 3D and related drainage software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead drainage and stormwater design for FDOT and municipal transportation projects.
• Oversee hydraulic and hydrologic analyses, drainage studies, and construction plan production.
• Provide technical leadership and quality control for project deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and support drainage team development.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and client coordination.
• Collaborate with roadway, bridge, environmental, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Support proposals, pursuits, and occasional business development efforts.
