• Leads planning, work distribution, and schedule/budget adherence on complex projects.
• Mentors junior staff and reviews team deliverables for quality.
• Coordinates technical aspects with client counterparts and teaming partners.
• Develops and reviews drainage-related scope and design documents; oversees project delivery.
