Job summary

Horrocks in Reno, NV seeks a Design-Build Drainage Lead/Manager for our Innovative Pursuits Team. You will lead drainage design for transportation projects, coordinate with discipline leads, and drive project delivery. Proficiency with Microstation, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.

Role requires a PE license and 10+ years leading drainage design, plus 3+ years DOT DB/PDB experience. Located in the Mountain West, you will work on regional projects and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Lead drainage design for infrastructure projects with 10+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Must work effectively as a team leader and maintain positive relationships with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Lead drainage discipline engineering teams for transportation DB/PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads.
• Integral member of the project delivery team.
• Lead drainage/hydraulic design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specifications, and quantity tasks.
• Collaborate using Microstation, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Foster strong client and team relationships and meet project deadlines.
• Grow professionally within the team on local and Rocky Mountain Region projects.
