Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Senior DPS leader for facility/hospital operations. This role oversees the DPS team and coordinates with facility leadership (CNO, COO, Facilities) to drive safety, quality, and efficiency across the system.

The senior leader will direct DPS operations for the assigned facility, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and mentor staff while advancing IU Health's mission of excellence, compassion and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Requires 5-7 years of experience.
  • Leadership experience required.
  • If role requires law enforcement duties, ILEA/sworn officer required.
  • Have never had law enforcement officer license denied by final order or revoked.
  • Not currently on suspension or have a voluntary surrender of law enforcement license currently in effect.
