Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a commitment to IU Health's mission, vision, and values by exhibiting behaviors and delivering results that align with the strategic direction of the organization.
• Lead, mentor and develop the DPS team, coordinating with facility leadership (e.g., CNO, COO, Facilities).
• Ensure DPS operations across the assigned facility, scope or area meet quality and safety standards.
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations for Corporate Real Estate facilities (e.g., emergency drills).
• Promote collaboration across teams to improve processes and outcomes and manage risk.
