OSM Thome Limited is seeking an experienced Senior DPO to onboard a PSV operating offshore Brazil. The SDPO will support safe and efficient vessel operations, ensuring DP systems are monitored and maintained in coordination with the Master and bridge team.

The role requires DP2 or higher PSV offshore experience, DP Unlimited certificate, STCW and medical fitness, and strong English communication. A safety-first mindset and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• SDPO on DP2 or higher PSV or similar offshore vessel experience.
• DP Unlimited certificate is required.
• STCW certificates and medical fitness required.
• Strong knowledge of DP operations and offshore safety.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor the DP system during offshore operations.
• Plan and execute DP operations in close cooperation with the Master and bridge team.
• Maintain accurate DP logs, checklists, and reports.
• Monitor vessel position, weather, and surrounding traffic at all times.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, and industry safety procedures.
• Assist in navigation, bridge watchkeeping, and emergency drills.
